Join the Swedish American Museum and National Hellenic Museum for a Museums in Communication Free Family Event.

Learn about both Swedish and Greek folk traditions through dance, music, and costumes. We will have folk costumes from both institutions on display, as well as some wearable costumes for kids to try on. During this time educators will explain the differences between regional costumes, dance steps will be taught with traditional accompanying music, and we will have a craft to help kids learn more about the costumes in a hands-on way.
