Raggmunk is made with a pancake batter where shredded potatoes are added. The word Ragg means crispy, whereas the word Munk refers to how the pancake is puffy or fluffy. It is traditionally served with pork rinds or bacon as a side, and lingonberries or lingonberry jam. The ingredients and flavors are simple yet perfectly accompany each other.
